Summary

Insulin Directions does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data. The current app has no account system, analytics, advertising, tracking, cloud sync, or third-party software development kits.

Information entered in the app

A user may enter insulin directions, schedule information, care-team phone numbers, emergency-plan notes, supply information, and dose-log status. This information is stored locally using Apple system storage on the user's iPhone or iPad.

Sun4Ai Technologies does not receive or have access to information entered in the app.

Data collection and tracking

• No personal data is collected by the developer.
• No data is used to track users across apps or websites.
• No advertising identifiers are used.
• No analytics or crash-reporting service is included.
• No information is sold or shared with data brokers.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains on the device until the user changes it, selects Delete All Local Data in the app's Help section, or deletes the app. Because the developer does not receive this information, there is no developer-held account or server record to delete.

Security

The app relies on iOS and iPadOS application isolation and system storage protections. Users should protect their device with a passcode, current system updates, and appropriate device-access settings.

Children

The app is not designed to collect personal information from children or from any other user. A parent, guardian, or care team should supervise use when appropriate.

Policy changes

This policy will be updated before a future app version introduces any feature that transmits information off the device. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
